Car parking

Conveniently located beneath the hotel and accessible via Lorne Street, the car park has 400 parking bays for your convenience. At the time of writing the rate is $16.00 per vehicle flat rate per day.

However, please note parking rates are subject to change without notification. There is one further car park in close proximity to the hotel to ensure ample space is available.


Getting around

Trams
Trams travel down St Kilda Rd (numbers 3, 5, 6, 16, 64 and 67). Tram stop 27 is the closest to The Pullman and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park and is a short walk down Lorne Street to the hotel.

Trains
The closest train stations to the hotel are Prahran (located on the corner of Greville Street and Porter Street), and Flinders Street.

Buses
The closest bus stop to the hotel is located at the corner of Greville Street and Punt Road, Prahran. The stop ID number is 1115.

Taxis
The hotel is able to order you a taxi upon request, however you can also catch a taxi from designated taxi ranks. A taxi from the hotel into the city will cost around $15.00 and get you there within 15 minutes depending on the traffic.

Taxi fares are calculated according to the distance and duration of the journey, and will vary based on the number of people and time of travel. Additional charges apply if you travel on some public holidays, late at night, travel with five or more people or pay with credit or debit card.

Additional charges may include:

  • Citilink and Eastlink tollway fees,

  • 20% late night surcharge if travelling between midnight and 5am,

  • A service fee (usually 10%) for EFTPOS/credit/debit transactions, on top of the metered fare, and

  • $2.00 airport fee for taxis leaving from Melbourne Airport taxi ranks.

Dietary requirements

Every effort will be made to accommodate all special dietary requirements; however, advance notification is required. You will be able to advise us of your dietary requirements during the registration process.


Catering

Lunch, morning and afternoon teas will all be served in the Exhibition Hall.

Please feel free to join us for one of the daily breakfast workshops, you can register for these during the registration process (additional registration fees apply).

If you’re staying at the Pullman and Mercure Melbourne Albert Park Hotel, breakfast for one is included in your room rate (additional breakfast’s are available for $25.00 per person when booked at time of reservation). Alternatively you still enjoy the hotel breakfast buffet if not pre purchased at the cost of $31.50 per person, purchased directly at the restaurant.
